El Danto is a humble nine hectare farm located near the village of San Luis Planes in Santa Barbara, and is named after the Danto, or Tapir, that inhabits the local forests. Producer Carlos Madrid grows predominately the parainema variety speckled with some bourbon coffee trees, and our relationship with Carlos has led to sourcing some super delicious cup profiles.
