El equipo de Project Origin viaj\u00f3 a Melbourne, Australia, la semana pasada para la Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) de 2018, la exposici\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 m\u00e1s grande del hemisferio sur.<\/p>\n

Del 22 al 25 de marzo, MICE es una oportunidad para que los profesionales del caf\u00e9 de Australia y el hemisferio sur se re\u00fanan, exploren nuevas ideas y, por supuesto, prueben mucho caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Project Origin se enorgulleci\u00f3 de realizar dos sesiones de cata p\u00fablicas en el Cupping Room de MICE, durante las cuales compartimos algunos de los nuevos lotes experimentales de nuestro\u00a0CM Selections\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>serie, incluyendo caf\u00e9s de Etiop\u00eda, El Salvador y Honduras. Fue un placer poder compartir estos caf\u00e9s con viejos y nuevos amigos, discutiendo estos nuevos experimentos, as\u00ed como otros caf\u00e9s que estamos ofreciendo actualmente y que esperamos recibir.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n estamos orgullosos de haber apoyado a muchos competidores en las competencias nacionales de la Asociaci\u00f3n Australiana de Caf\u00e9s Especiales, incluidos los Campeonatos de Baristas y la Copa de Cerveceros. En ambas competencias, hubo varios caf\u00e9s obtenidos por Project Origin; para muchos de estos caf\u00e9s, era la primera vez que se presentaban en el dominio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
