{"id":1807,"date":"2019-07-27T10:58:04","date_gmt":"2019-07-27T10:58:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectorigin.coffee\/?p=1807"},"modified":"2022-02-14T11:21:45","modified_gmt":"2022-02-14T11:21:45","slug":"best-of-honduras-late-harvest-2019-winners-announced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectorigin.coffee\/es\/best-of-honduras-late-harvest-2019-winners-announced\/","title":{"rendered":"Se anuncian los ganadores de 'Best of Honduras: cosecha tardia' 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Se anunciaron los ganadores de la entrega 2019 de la subasta &#039;Lo Mejor de Honduras: Cosecha Tard\u00eda&#039;.<\/h4>\n<p>Los caf\u00e9s con mayor puntaje y sus productores fueron premiados en una ceremonia en IHCAFE en Santa B\u00e1rbara, Honduras, frente a una multitud de productores de caf\u00e9, jueces y personal de IHCAFE.<\/p>\n<p>El programa de subastas, que se lleva a cabo durante varios meses e involucra rondas de evaluaci\u00f3n tanto nacionales como internacionales, recibe y califica caf\u00e9s de cosecha tard\u00eda de todo Honduras.<\/p>\n<p>Habib Maarbani, ex juez de &#039;Lo mejor de Honduras&#039; y gerente general de Project Origin, dice que este programa brinda reconocimiento a los productores que a menudo pasar\u00edan desapercibidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa mayor\u00eda de los caf\u00e9s que se cultivan en Honduras se cosechan mucho antes en el a\u00f1o de lo que vemos en esta subasta\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl terreno de Honduras est\u00e1 lleno de microclimas \u00fanicos que causan una maduraci\u00f3n lenta y una maduraci\u00f3n diferente de las cerezas de caf\u00e9. Comenzamos este programa de subastas para que los compradores internacionales no pasen por alto a los productores que cultivan estos caf\u00e9s excepcionales y obtengan el reconocimiento que merecen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El caf\u00e9 con mayor puntaje del programa 2019 provino del productor Kelvin Pineda y su finca, Los Andes.
