La serie de subastas 'Project Origin: Best of' tiene como objetivo conectar a los productores y compradores de caf\u00e9 de todo el mundo, en el origen. Pero, como trabajan?<\/h3>\n

Primero, los productores presentan sus caf\u00e9s, en varias categor\u00edas. Esto cambia seg\u00fan el pa\u00eds que organiza la subasta.<\/p>\n

Luego, un Jurado Nacional en el pa\u00eds anfitri\u00f3n juzga y selecciona cualquier caf\u00e9 con una puntuaci\u00f3n superior a 85 o m\u00e1s. Esto puede resultar en la preselecci\u00f3n de cualquier n\u00famero de caf\u00e9s. Las muestras de estos caf\u00e9s se ponen a disposici\u00f3n en todo el mundo, a trav\u00e9s de nuestro centro Cropster. Esto garantiza que los compradores internacionales puedan probar los productos de la subasta, incluso antes de que est\u00e9n disponibles para la venta.<\/p>\n
