Finca Androz is another farm owned by Nelson Ramirez, and is just another lot of land for him to produce some extraordinary coffees. After some very positive results at the 2016 Honduras Late Harvest Auction organised by Project Origin, Nelson decided to make big changes for future crops, including purchasing solar dryers and a tracking system to record information on each lot with the aim of consistently improving his coffees.
