Some of the most special coffees get sourced in advance, and in the current 2024-25 market, we now have to consider a full harvesting year’s worth of stock all at once. It’s overwhelming, we know. That’s a long time frame. But we can do it! It just requires a little bit of brain power and forward thinking.
For your bulk needs, we can calculate your annual usage, and for some special micro lots or premium features, you might need to specifically request what you want! The best time to do this is during harvest.
You might have heard of many special Project Origin lots but never really seen them on our product list. A big percentage of what we source gets sold before it gets to the product list to roasters that plan ahead. In the current volatile market – we are likely to restrict what we import to only what is preplanned and reserved by roasters! But this can include you and your needs. If you are looking for something specific or consistently needed in your blends talk to your green bean partner. Don’t wait to see only the coffees that are left in stock. You might be missing out on the best picks. We’ve edited our Harvesting Calendar with all the origins we are sourcing coffee from at the moment!
