The Monte Libano farm was purchased in 2017 as part of the ‘Cafetalera Buenos Aires’ group, founded by Luis Emilio Valladáres Zelaya more than 50 years ago in the Dipilto region. Luis and his sons have been experimenting with different varietals and processing techniques at Monte Libano in order to produce high quality coffee for international markets and auction programs. As with Luis’ other farms, the cherries they grow and produce are of great quality and we are always excited to hear what measures they take to produce such delicious flavours.
