From the producers of Finca Santa Rosa comes another stand-out El Salvador coffee farm – Finca La Fincona. Jorge Raul Rivera Jr and his company Rivera Coffee embarked on a mission to cultivate Finca La Fincona as an experiment of new varietals, namely bourbon and pacas, aiming to create some of the highest quality specialty coffee produced in El Salvador. We are excited to show the partnership between Rivera Coffee and Project Origin and share Jorge’s range of cup profile expressions with roasters all over the world.
