After much deliberation by our National and International Juries, we have the champions of the ‘Project Origin: Best of El Salvador’ 2017 auction program.

We’re incredibly pleased with the amount of samples sent in this year, and the cupping results so far. The top 16 have all scored above 86.6 points as an average across of a panel of international judges. Please read our terms and conditions for the auction. If you are in the US or Europe, for assistance with shipping Project Origin will do our best to put you in touch with potential shippers to the US or Europe via our contacts in El Salvador. For Asia/Australia, we can take care of shipping for you by shipping with our El Salvador container and it will be sent via Sydney, and then from Sydney to the destination you nominate (charges to be confirmed on request).

Also, a reminder that the ‘Best of’ Auctions are not for profit. Project Origin runs these events as a support for the country and the producers that do so much amazing work for the specialty coffee industry. No charges by Project Origin involve profit margins, we simply cover the costs of running this event. That includes shipping quotes as above, we just facilitate the shipping.
