La Fantasia has worked with Project Origin exclusively since 2019 to build a sustainable farm model together. Project Origin purchases 100% of the coffee produced at this farm, and use 65% of the harvest to process as our Regional La Fantasia washed coffee. This coffee has a pristine cup profile with flavours of vibrant citrus, peach, caramel, chocolate and green tea. Juicy, yet elegant, this coffee is a great feature on our Regional’s program.
