La Sierra

Despite producer Pedro Erazo owning multiple farms, he chose to exclusively grow the pacas variety. La Sierra is Pedro’s second farm, after El Milagrito, and after the success of our collaboration on his drying beds, Project Origin continued to work with Pedro to install solar drying facilities at La Sierra. This infrastructure allows Pedro to diversify his drying techniques and processing methods, and ensure consistently high quality across all his pacas coffees.
