Finca La Casa

This is the second farm owned and operated by Remiery Orlando Carabajal, and after his success on the main farm, Los Pinos, he was able to develop more sustainable and precise methods in coffee processing techniques and in the varietals of coffee trees planted across the farm. La Casa grows the IH-90 varietal for its flavour profile and disease resistance, making this coffee variety a great sustainable option in the specialty coffee world.
